Channel Account Manager - Digital Media - Polish Speaker

We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Channel Account Manager to join the digital media business team in Germany. This position is integral to the success of the EMEA digital media channel business, which accounts for a substantial portion of the company’s revenue. If you’re driven, strategic, and ready to influence one of the most meaningful areas within digital media, this could be your next great career move.

What You’ll Do :

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue growth across the region. Here’s how you’ll contribute :

  • Strategic Business Planning : Develop and execute an annual business plan, updated quarterly, to drive growth in new customers, maximize recurring revenue (cross-sell, upsell, renewals), and leverage marketing initiatives for revenue maximization.
  • Data Analysis & Sales Strategy : Review and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and variances to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities, and focus on renewals to achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with various internal teams (GTM, sales operations, marketing) to advance the reseller business and elevate partner experience.
  • Relationship Building : Foster relationships at all organizational levels, including C-level, to enhance influence and drive business through strategic partnerships.
  • Customer Support Collaboration : Partner with product specialists to support resellers in customer sales conversations, delivering seamless and valuable customer interactions.
