Your mission

  • You assume responsibility for our partner and reseller channel sales processes
  • You monitor, analyze, maintain and improve the processes of our ERP and CRM system Odoo and its surrounding systems
  • You translate business requirements into configuration and development requests for our own, dedicated development team
  • You design, implement and deliver commercial processes in the lead2order context
  • You report your activities to the team lead Operations

Your profile

  • You have 3-5 years experience in owning dedicated steps or elements in CRM / ERP workflows in a B2B software business context, ideally in our ERP system Odoo
  • You are a master in analyzing complex problems and structuring multi-dimensional situations
  • You have the ability to solve challenging problems and have initial experience in project management
  • You are experienced in sales operations, ideally in an indirect sales channel context
  • You know how to design and implement commercial and operational processes
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner and like to get things done
  • You value your freedom to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • You are fluent in English and German and value an intense exchange across teams
