We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
- Provide demo, presentations & conduct reseller / partner training on ManageEngine solutions
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
- Engage with existing ManageEngine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell / cross sell opportunities, if any.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.

Requirements
A passion to work with technology. Team-player : Able to work in a diverse multi-cultural team in a collaborative way. Customer empathy and strong customer-facing skills via excellent communication. Comfortable with giving and receiving constructive feedback. Proven work experience of 3-5 years as Account Manager or relevant role in a technology / ICT company Demonstrated ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience or background with business software Experienced in managing customer expectations while working with internal teams and stakeholders while listening to customers and showing empathy Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while maintaining keen attention to detail
