Your Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and development of production activities at the site
  • Compliance with local regulations and permits
  • Ensuring the efficient continuation of operations
  • Carrying out production activities in accordance with our Health & Safety standards
  • Ensuring that production activities are carried out within the specified budget
  • Carrying out production activities in accordance with the production plan with the best possible productivity
  • Ensuring that customer requirements are met in terms of cost, quality and on-time delivery
  • Responsibility for a small team
  • Driving construction machinery and operating weighbridges on a substitute basis

Your Profile

  • Technical education (e.g. master craftsman / technician (m / f / d) or completed studies as a mining engineer are an advantage - career changers or lateral entrants from the construction industry are also welcome
  • Strong personal interest in the production of processed mineral raw materials for the ceramics industry
  • Initial experience in leading and motivating a team is an advantage
  • Efficient and clear communication
  • Self-motivated and independent work as well as a hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to maintain the specified systems and fulfill the documentation requirements
  • Good command of English
