WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Operate and monitor software and system solutions to ensure high availability and stability, especially regarding risk management protocols and requirements
• Assist in the analysis and resolution of system issues, developing preventive solutions with your team
• Document operational processes and create technical manuals focused on risk compliance and mitigation
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline, automate, and improve recurring processes with a focus on risk reduction
• Support the implementation of security standards and quality assurance to ensure systems align with company and industry compliance needs
