Who we need We are hiring a bilingual (English / German) Sales Executive, Manufacturing Solutions, to drive new enterprise sales in Europe.
Reporting to the General Manager, Europe, you will apply your industry expertise to identify new opportunities where our IIoT solutions can enhance efficiency and reduce costs for manufacturing clients.
You will drive complex B2B sales cycles (8–12 months) through key stages : qualification, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, proof of concept, and sale.
You will play a critical role in managing this process, maintaining momentum, and demonstrating measurable ROI to decision-makers in operations management, plant management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The role offers flexibility to be either hybrid, with the option to work from the Dortmund office, or fully remote.
Occasional travel to clients across the region will be required.

How you will make an impact : Increase revenue and market presence.
By securing multiple high-value annual contracts with new clients, you will play a key role in expanding Shoplogix’s footprint across the DACH region.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our strategic growth in the European market.
Own the entire sales cycle.
You will take charge of the entire sales process—from identifying and qualifying leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that drive measurable impact.
Build lasting client relationships.
You will establish new business connections while leveraging past and existing relationships to maintain a strong pipeline.
You will develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, including plant managers and executives, by providing tailored solutions and expert guidance.
Leverage industry expertise to sell a proven product.
You will use your deep understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation to identify client challenges and position Shoplogix’s IIoT solutions as a competitive advantage.
You will demonstrate how our platform drives efficiency and reduces costs by presenting clear, measurable business cases.
Collaborate for success.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless implementation and high customer satisfaction.
Your insights from the field will help shape our solutions and further strengthen our market position.
You will bring : The sales drive.
You have a proven track record of managing and closing complex sales cycles, consistently exceeding sales quotas in the manufacturing or technology sector.
You are skilled in consultative solution sales.
Your outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English allow you to actively engage with prospects, ask insightful questions, and understand business needs.
You handle customer concerns effectively, providing creative technical solutions based on your deep understanding of the product and the industry. The consultative approach.
You can learn new technologies and effectively communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
You excel at presenting solutions that address real-world challenges.
You position yourself as a trusted advisor and build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
