Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the stability of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer with focus on our Polish market
• You operate our DC chargers and ensure a smooth customer experience including :

Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool
