Sales Manager
Horizon HobbyBarsbüttel, Barsbuttel, DE, DEUThe ideal candidate would live near Northern Europe and travel to our Barsbüttel home office every two months for 2-3 days.
Typical pay for this position is 75.000-85.000 EUR annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. This position may also be eligible for a bonus not included in the base pay range.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the B2B countries and customers assigned to you in Europe.
- You will find new customers and sales approaches to bring our products to our consumers.
- Together with the sales and marketing team, you will ensure the development and implementation of product launches, channel strategies, and promotions.
- You will be responsible for volume and sales planning at the customer level.
- You will conduct market observation to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities for our brands and work on their implementation.
- You will work closely with the marketing, logistics, finance, e-commerce, and service teams.
