We arelooking for an Account Development Manager (m / f / d) – GoSilico Global to contribute tothe commercial growth of GoSilico’s software and service offeringsin the region.
You will be part of ourGoSilico sales team and use product and application knowledge togenerate sales from Cytiva’s Global Strategic and other largeaccounts. You should be able to evaluate a customer's moleculedevelopment process to identify solutions and provide the necessarytools, information, and support to sell licenses, services renewalsas well as identifying expansion opportunities within assignedaccounts.
What you’lldo
Responsible forthe sales target and the development of account specific strategyplans for a prioritized set of high potential Global Strategic orother largeaccounts.
Development ofinsights related to customer’s strategy, organizationalcapabilities, goals, and key stakeholders and Cytiva’s positionwithin the customer’s process developmentpipeline.
Identification andadvancement of commercial opportunities within assigned customeraccounts in collaboration with relevant members of the account teamand other parts of Cytiva’s organization as needed. This includesplanning and executing customer facing activities in conjunctionwith the marketing department and productmanagement.
Developlong-term adoption strategies in conjugation with the CustomerSuccess team to sustain and expand usage of the GoSilico solutionsas part of the customer'sworkflow.
Coordinate thetechnology development in collaboration with R&D and customeraccounts to ensure a balance between commercial growth andtechnologyadvancement.
Whoyouare
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Biotechnology, ProcessEngineering or other Life Science related field, Master or PhDdegree in above fields is a merit.
- Long-termworking experience in a Life Science or Pharma based businesseswith roles in sales, customer success, field applications, productmanagement, product marketing, product or process development orrelated.
- Experience in biologics manufacturing,process development, business development / partnering, software,informatics, digital services, digital transformation, and / or otherdigital innovation activities is highlydesirable
- Experience from direct interactionwith customers, preferably within pharma or biotech. Strongability to understand customer needs and how the company can helpmeet these. A strong interest in creating commerciallybeneficial mutual relationships is an essential component to besuccessful in this role.
- Knowledge in usingcommon tools for sales management, collaboration and businessintelligence, such as SFDC, Confluence, Quip andQlikSense.
- Proven ability to work in a globalenvironment, ability to travel globally ca. 50% oftime.
