We are currently seeking a Sales Manager in the Stuttgart area to join our team taking over a key role working with major European customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these strategic accounts driving sales and identifying new business opportunities.
Your responsibilities will be to :
Manage the current business with existing allocated customers keeping those products at profitable price levels (LTA VA / VE and Raw material / rate adjustments)
Manage the acquisition of new profitable business with existing or new customers meeting booking targets
Influence the organization to develop new products based on markets and customers needs
Define a middle and long-term strategy for the allocated applications and customers to ensure profitable growth
Develop and drive collaborative business plans including sales forecasts and budget planning aligned with customer and company growth goals
Have a reliable business plan in Campfire (monthly up-date)
Ensure timely execution of contract reviews price adjustments and related processes
Stay informed about market trends and drive internal product development
Our requirements :
Bachelors degree from Engineering / Technical background
Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with customers (Sales or Project Manager) in the automotive industry
Fluent German and English skills are mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
Strong proactive mindset eager to identify opportunities take initiative and follow through
Ability to establish and grow long-term customer relationships while actively seeking new business leads
Ability to work well independently or within a global multi-cultural team environment
Strong selling marketing and negotiating skills
Willingness to frequent travel globally : up to 30% of working hours
