SALES DIRECTOR DACH M / F / D
Main Tasks :
- Drive and reach Group sales and HANZA’s Cluster Germany goals and targets
- Lead the Account Managers team by setting targets, supporting activity planning, and providing follow-up and coaching
- Serve as a point of escalation for the Sales Team when necessary
- Act as sales representative for assigned large-scaled new and existing customers
- Identify new qualified Leads and contribute to winning new customers for HANZA Group and Cluster Germany
- Lead contract- and business negotiations and create strategic account plans for defined customers
- Visit customers frequently and ensure a good business relationship
- Market and support the sales of HANZA’s advisory services
- Report sales projects and customer activities
- Responsible to keep the CRM system updated about account information and opportunities
- Support and lead assigned marketing activities within the geography
- Support with defining regional and global marketing strategies
