Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will lead the creative development and execution of campaigns to deliver world-class marketing. This includes how we present at Europe's largest industry exhibitions, managing customer demonstrations, creating engaging content, and spearheading key initiatives.  At Helsing, we focus on authentic marketing that reflects our technology, values, and mission, creating significant impact. As the (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will create marketing materials that engage and resonate with our audience.The day-to-dayLead the creation and execution of product marketing campaigns, working closely with in-house teams and external contractors Provide clear creative judgement and guidance to in-house and external creative partners, ensuring all communications remain true to our brandOversee the development of compelling customer presentations, whether through slide decks, content creation or live demonstrationsCollaborate with our programs, product, engineering, AI, communications, production and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketingManage and cultivate vendor relationships, identify new partners across regions, and oversee existing partnershipsDevelop and refine processes to improve marketing quality and efficiency You should apply if youAre a self-starter with a track record of launching campaigns, developing new practices, and thinking creatively Have successfully built and nurtured strong brandsOperate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Are savvy at building presentations and visualising proposalsBring extensive experience in product marketing, particularly in translating complex technologies into clear, compelling messages for the target audienceHave strong project management abilities, able to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentCollaborate effectively and perform well under pressure, even with tight or changing deadlinesAnticipate challenges and proactively develop intelligent solutionsAre hands-on and willing to “roll up your sleeves” when neededAre proficient in English and GermanNice to have Experience in the defence industryA complimentary creative skill, such as copywriting, design or photographyProject management certificationNote : The above bullet points describe the ideal candidate.
