For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you as a :

Business Analyst - SAP (m / f / d) in full-time

In this role you will be located in our EMEA Distribution Center, the heart of Pandora’s supply chain in EMEA. Pandora has embarked on a multi-year transformational journey to implement SAP S / 4HANA as our new ERP to drive our business transformation. The DC is on the start line of this exciting journey, and we want you to join us, and bring your extensive SAP knowledge to the table. Expect a global journey ahead where you can deploy your SAP best practice knowledge and seek new ways of doing things, crafting brilliant solutions that enable us to serve our customers and colleagues even better.

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• You will support and execute the rollout of SAP for our B2B and B2C business
• The input for template building, performing user acceptance testing and go-live activities are part of your daily tasks
• You work hands-on with designing, testing and delivering changes to processes and their documentation
• You will participate in workshops and perform reviews of processes and systems together with customers
• Preparing and facilitating trainings for Super and End Users, assuring proper documentation and the ability of the users to operate the new system
• Internal and external stakeholder management will be key in this role
• The communication to and feedback from stakeholders
