We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our SAP HCM and Successfactors system by managing tickets, overseeing enhancement projects, coordinating testing with users, and handling release management and planning. The candidate will work closely with two other technical team members and ABAP developers to ensure our HR systems are optimized and running smoothly.

Your next challenge

Ticketing Support : Manage and resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions to user issues.

Planning and Strategy : Develop and implement strategies for system improvements and optimizations in line with business needs.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with two other technical team members and ABAP developers to ensure seamless integration and support of the SAP systems.

Release Management : Plan and execute system release management activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.

User Testing Coordination : Coordinate and facilitate user testing to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and updates.

Enhancement Management : Oversee the identification, planning, and implementation of system enhancements to improve HR processes.

• SAP HR Projects : Take the initiative on projects focusing on enhancing and implementing Human Resources Information Systems.

Your skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Business Analyst or similar role.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and functionalities.

Experience with ticketing systems and managing system enhancements.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Understanding of ABAP development
