Tasks Vendor & Product Onboarding : Assist in onboarding new vendors and their product catalogs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Operational Support : Help identify bottlenecks and improve workflows. Financial Operations Assistance : Assist in invoicing, reconciliation, and payment tracking to maintain smooth financial processes. Customer Support Assistance : Assist in managing customer inquiries and support processes, ensuring efficient resolution and documentation of issues. Data Management & Analysis : Support operational data collection and reporting, helping to optimize key processes. Requirements Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Interest in startups, e-commerce, SaaS, and marketplace business models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience with JavaScript and SQL is a plus.
