Qualifications :

• You have a basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core HR including Reporting & Analytics functionalities.
• You have some experience or a strong willingness to learn how to create automations and business rules within the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
• You are eager to develop your skills and continuously expand your knowledge.
• You have at least a bachelors degree in Economics Business Informatics or any related field.
• Any familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll for Germany or SAP HCM PY is a plus.
• You are fluent in English with German language skills being a bonus.
