We are seeking an enthusiastic hunter, motivated, people-oriented Account Manager for Germany (North Rhine Westphalia) M / F / D.
In this position you will be responsible for driving Agilent Technologies solutions in the Cell and Molecular Research portfolio and developing professional sales relationships with our customers in your assigned territory.
You will create and successfully execute on a territory development plan that will result in sales growth outpacing our competitors . You will team with Agilent technical experts, carry quota in the specified geography and named accounts. You will be expected to develop and implement successful strategies and tactics to sell Agilent instrumentation solutions as a part of a dynamic team of sales professionals driving Agilent's success in this competitive marketplace.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Selling Agilent products to end-user customers. Must proactively drive the sales cycle and forecast sales accurately. Achieve all sales targets around quota.
- Developing customer relationships and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Represents the company to the customer and the voice of customer to the company in sales activities.
- Proactively prospect for new customers and new opportunities. Responsible for generating existing and / or new leads and sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list. Promotes and sells products and / or solutions to current or new customers / partners and informs customers of new product introductions.
- Work collaboratively across all Agilent channels and Remote Account Managers. Work with Expert Channel on development and implementation of key marketing programs.
- Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Provide rigor around updates, expense reporting and other required business processes.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
