This is a hybrid role. This role is going to be suitable for someone who enjoys being in the office, as they expect you in at least twice per week.

The Job :

  • Develop your own tools and experiment with some of the latest Tech. It's going to be YOUR job to help work out what is best for this BI & Analytics Team. - "We will hire you because you know what you can, and should do."
  • Co-design and continuously develop the Analytics & BI area.
  • Utilise skills from all the areas of data, including; data science, data analytics, data engineering, and analytics engineering.
  • Directly influence almost every single business decision. Data is your superpower, use it for good!
  • Grow the applications through A / B Testing, simulations, Analytics and other data-driven processes.
  • There are 4 main products, and you will take on the responsibility of one of the products yourself!
  • This elite Tech team works with GCP, BigQuery, Looker, Airflow, Python (pandas, SciPy and scikit-learn) , Node.js (for automating certain tasks) .

The Candidate :

  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • You should have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of how to handle data pipelines from end-to-end, from data collection and processing, to analysis and model deployment.
  • Extensive professional experience in at least one of the following; Analytics Engineer, Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Developer, or Data Engineer.
  • At University, you studied Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar field
  • You love to learn and you are very willing to explore & experiment with new technologies.
  • You speak fluent English and Fluent German
  • If you work with any of the technology included in their stack, then that is obviously a bonus! (GCP, BigQuery, Looker, Airflow, Python, Node.js)
