Tasks → You actively shape your position, we want you to get involved and contribute ideas! Exploratory Data Analysis & Insights Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., retention, ROAS). Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems and anomaly detection. Optimize data-driven strategies through AI / ML applications. Data Engineering & Pipeline Development Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation and high-quality model inputs. A / B Testing & Experimentation Design and execute rigorous A / B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features. AI / ML Integration & Collaboration Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI / ML solutions into enterprise applications. Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models. Data-Driven Leadership & Best Practices Act as a thought leader, promoting data-driven decision-making and implementing best practices across the company. Requirements Must-Have Experience : 4+ years of hands-on experience applying data science methodologies in production environments. Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development. Experience with cloud-based platforms (Databricks) and big data technologies (Spark). Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale. Communication & Collaboration : Ability to explain complex mathematical and ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset. Comfortable mentoring others and advocating for software engineering best practices in data science. Nice to Have Familiarity with advanced experimentation techniques (causal inference, A / B testing, media mix modeling). Experience with deep learning and time series forecasting for business applications. Hands-on experience with ML monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow). Background in AdTech or marketing analytics .
