At our location in Dortmund we invite applicationsfor a Scientist / Postdoc (m / f / d) : Proteomics This position will beto fulfill the work outlined in the consortium project ‘B2B-RARE : Bench to bedside – Mechanisms of rare diseases and personalizedtreatment’, funded by EFRE-NRW. This work will heavily involve thedevelopment and implementation of LC-MS based proteomics for smallsample inputs, with a focus on extending coverage and sensitivityfor proteins within fibroblast samples. In corporation withconsortium partners, data generated will be analyzed for amulti-omic approach to analysis, with the goal of implementation offindings into the clinic.
