• You are in a central role within the transformation process and the introduction and implementation of the Berkenhoff Business System
• Development, implementation and continuous further improvement of LEAN strategies and processes in close cooperation with the COO, lean experts and department heads
• Actively supporting the organisation and managers in the operational implementation of lean tools and processes
• Training and coaching of employees and managers
• Ensuring and conducting value stream analyses and workshops (e.g. Kaizen, 5S, SMED)
• Identifying potential for improvement along the entire value chain
• Moderation and support of projects to increase efficiency and optimise processes
• Ensuring and analysing key figures and deriving and implementing suitable measures
