About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Controller to act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager ensuring efficient financial planning analysis and decisionmaking support. This role offers high flexibility a strong employeefriendly culture and a direct impact on business growth and strategy.

Responsibilities

1 Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop and maintain controlling tools and financial processes.
• Conduct regular reporting forecasting and financial analysis .
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience

Minimum 4 years in controlling ideally in a senior or leadership role .

Technical Skills

SQL & Power BI : Musthave for data analysis & reporting .

Financial Analysis & Forecasting : Strong analytical skills with a structured working style .

Languages

German : Fluent (Minimum C1 level mandatory .

English : Preferred but not mandatory .

Education

University degree preferred but not required if the candidate has significant relevant experience .

Stable career history No frequent job changes.

NicetoHave Skills

Experience in the IT & Communication Technology industry .

Familiarity with mediumsized enterprises (Mittelstand) .
