Requirements

• You have min. 3 years of experience within IT Operations and Support
• You have experience managing and supporting Windows and macOS client hardware within an Microsoft Cloud environment
• You have experience working and supporting a broad range of major cloud software (e.g. Atlassian Stack Microsoft Azure and 365 Slack Salesforce)
• You are familiar with the IT Service lifecycle and tools supporting it (e.g. Jira ITAsset Management Database Intune)
• Your work prioritization skills are very good and you can handle ambiguity easily
• You have a good understanding of business processes and can map them to IT services
• You have a cando attitude and are willing to learn new things from theory to practice with a strong attitude towards delivery
• Your communication and documentation skills are excellent.
• Friends say about you that you are a team player open curious and ambitious.
• You are fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
• You are willing and able to work from our Dresden office 23 days a week
