The development of a strategic frame, providing a clear guidance for our markets following our “digital first” approach, and planning the content strategy & digital assets for the activities for our relevant touchpoint along the Consumer Journey in our markets is defining the scope of this role.  What you will be doing : Responsibility for defining the overarching digital marketing strategy through audience targeting; inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class digital-first execution plans. Developing assets for seamless and relevant media experiences across all touchpoints and channels in awareness and performance channels.Providing strategies & guidelines for the steering and optimizing of SEA, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing and other digital marketing channels.Develop a content strategy for our main digital channelsOwning the digital test & learn agenda, driving critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics to drive growth and engagement; develop analytical framework for data-driven decisions to be shared with our regional teamsManaging the different stakeholders in central and local functionsManaging, leading and developing a direct team. 8 years of strategic digital marketing experience managing a variety of digital channels to scale-up businesses in various markets, such as Europe and USAStrong in strategy development as well as operational implementationA master degree in digital marketing or business studies (or equivalent)Confidence at interpreting complex data and drawing out insights for business growth and optimizationExperience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities from a Digital standpointExcellent project management, communication and people skillsStrong stakeholder management capabilitiesWillingness to understand our business to be on point with planned activitiesFully fluent in English, German language skills are a plusInternational experienceStrong presentation skills (C-Level communication)Experience in managing a team is a mustThe future :  Experience a dynamic and challenging environment.
