We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join a vibrant team in Athens, Greece.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier support in a dynamic workplace while enjoying all that Athens has to offer. To ensure a smooth transition, you will receive comprehensive relocation assistance, including a free flight ticket, temporary hotel stay, and guidance from a local real estate agency.

Position Details :

Location : Athens, Greece

Salary : €1400 per month, plus a performance bonus of up to €300

Type : Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting in the German language.
  • Assist customers with hardware and software-related inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively through phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve advanced issues.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Fluent German and proficiency in English.
  • Experience in technical support or a similar field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Openness to relocating to Greece and working onsite.
