Behind the scenes efficient supply chain management is key to ensuring our collaborations launch on time and meet the highest standards.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Manager (m / f / d) to join our Logistics this role you will oversee logistics and supply chain operations for inbound products managing the end-to-end flow from manufacturer to warehouse.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes drive efficiency and ensure our products reach the market seamlessly. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on our operations while working in a fast-paced creative and supportive environment.

This is a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring the logistics process helping to ensure a smooth flow from order placement to delivery
• Manage inventory levels ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment of products
• Schedule and track shipments working closely with freight carriers and transport companies to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any issues related to shipping including delays damages or discrepancies promptly and effectively
• Assist with forecasting and planning of inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demands
• Support compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation
• Maintain close communication with fashion buyers and manufacturers
