THE POSITION
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving our IT systems, ensuring smooth operations across our hotels in Frankfurt and surrounding areas .

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hotel and headquarter staff.
Manage and resolve IT incidents efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
Collaborate with the IT team to optimize service levels and incident management processes.
Participate in innovative projects, including AI integration and cloud migration.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
WHAT YOU WILL YOU BRING?
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, PMS / POS software (preferred), and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A passion for travel and willingness to work flexible hours.
Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
B2 level in English and German.
