If your answer is yes to the above questions we may have the right job for you!

We are a German tour operator specialized in study abroad programs for American Canadian and Brazilian university groups to Europe.

As their coordinator you will support and accompany our overseas student groups during their tours in Europe.

For Spring / Summer 2025 we are looking specifically in these cities :

Rouen

Frankfurt am Main

Freiburg

Heidelberg

Munich

Stuttgart

But feel free to apply for any other major European city as well!

Tasks

Deliver a high level of customer service and traveler satisfaction
Provide detailed information about your (native) city and its public transportation system and give suggestions about what to do in the region
Take care of the logistics of the tour e.g. lead the group to the business / cultural visits airport / train pickup etc.
Orientation walking tour and introduction to the local culture on the arrival day
Deal directly with students issues and / or concerns and be their contact person for questions problems and emergencies (e.g. seeing a doctor)

Requirements

Fluency in English and the local language

Very good organizational and communication skills

Applicants should live in or near the respective city and be knowledgeable about their city

Strong service orientation and ability to deal with stressful circumstances

Very good problemsolving skills

Reliability flexibility and openmindedness

Experience in similar jobs preferred

Compensation : depending on duration of the program

Expenses while travelling with the group are covered

As a CEPA coordinator we ask you to not only focus on the logistics of the tour but to create an unforgettable experience for our student groups.

You will be a part of our team at CEPA to help students and faculty leaders to discover Europe through educational travel.
