Digital Communication Officer (m / w / d)

Als Digital Communication Officer sind Sie verantwortlich für die digitale Markenkommunikation von Losch Luxembourg. Sie gestalten die Social Media Präsenz des Unternehmens aktiv mit und setzen digitale Marketingmaßnahmen um, die sowohl die Markenbekanntheit als auch die Kundenbindung stärken.

Ihre Aufgaben :

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer kanalübergreifenden Social Media Strategie für die Marken des Importeurs und Losch Luxembourg (z. B. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Erstellung von Content rund um Fahrzeuge, Services, Events und Unternehmensnews
  • Community Management und aktives Engagement mit Followern und Partnern
  • Monitoring, Reporting und Optimierung der Social Media Performance anhand relevanter KPIs
  • Planung und Umsetzung digitaler Kampagnen zur Unterstützung von Verkaufsaktionen, Markenentwicklung von Losch Luxembourg
  • Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern im Bereich Digital Marketing
  • Analyse von Nutzerverhalten und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil :

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Medien oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Kommunikationsumfeld, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche oder im Handel
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Social Media Management und digitalen Marketingtools
  • Kreatives Gespür für Content und Storytelling rund um Produkte und Marken
  • Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung im Umgang mit KPIs und Reporting
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch-, Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Luxemburgisch ist von Vorteil

    Digital Communication Officer (h / f / d)

    En tant que Digital Communication Officer, vous êtes responsable de la communication digitale de la marque Losch Luxembourg. Vous contribuez activement à la présence de l'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux et mettez en œuvre des actions de marketing digital qui renforcent à la fois la notoriété de la marque et la fidélisation de la clientèle.

    Vos missions :

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de réseaux sociaux multicanale pour les marques de l’importateur et de Losch Luxembourg (par ex. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Créer du contenu autour des véhicules, services, événements et actualités de l’entreprise
  • Gérer la communauté et interagir activement avec les abonnés et les partenaires
  • Suivre, analyser et optimiser les performances des réseaux sociaux sur base d’indicateurs clés (KPI)
  • Planifier et exécuter des campagnes digitales pour soutenir les actions commerciales et le développement de la marque Losch Luxembourg
  • Coordonner les agences et prestataires dans le domaine du marketing digital
  • Analyser le comportement des utilisateurs et en tirer des mesures d’optimisation

    • Votre profil :

  • Diplôme en communication, marketing, médias ou formation équivalente
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la communication digitale, idéalement dans le secteur automobile ou le commerce
  • Solides connaissances en gestion des réseaux sociaux et outils de marketing digital
  • Sens créatif pour le contenu et le storytelling autour des produits et des marques
  • Esprit analytique et expérience dans la gestion des KPI et des rapports
  • Excellente maîtrise de l’allemand, de l’anglais et du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit ; le luxembourgeois est un atout
