We are looking for a

Process Analyst Finance (m / f / d)

unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Verl or Baden-Baden – flexible working conditions available

You will be part of our international Operational Finance team within our Finance Functional Unit.

Our team is responsible for developing, implementing and conducting a standardized process for ongoing financial process assessments of our IT platforms.

Your key tasks include :

• Using your project management skills to plan and carry out assessments of our IT platforms.
• Coordinating the focus of the examination with stakeholders such as Finance, Tech and Internal Audit.
• Coordinating the audit processes under Finance / Accounting relevant aspects, independently performing audit procedures and formulating recommendations for action.
• Preparing an audit report.
• Ensuring the implementation of the recommendations for action in the processing teams, commissioning IT development and monitoring the implementation of requirements.
• Driving the development of the Financial Process Assessment area, for example by developing standard audit catalogs or exchanging information with our Internal Auditing (Bertelsmann).
