Your responsibilities

As our B2B Growth Marketing Manager youll be at the forefront of scaling our marketing engine. You will

• Content planning & execution : Proactively plan coordinate and publish content in collaboration with other Teams. Take ownership of case studies blog posts and social media ensuring quality consistency and timely delivery across all channels.
• Create powerful growth campaigns across Paid (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads ABM) and Organic (SEO content social lead magnets).
• Build and optimize funnels (MQL SQL Opportunity) that turn awareness into real enterprise opportunities.
• Automation & AI-driven optimization : Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows support ideation proofreading and optimization and maximize overall marketing impact and output.
• Experiment test & iterate from landing page A / B tests to email workflows and funnel optimizations.
• Own the brand experience : Sharpen our positioning messaging and ensure consistent rollout across all channels.
