About the Role :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) of IT equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

Execute moves, adds, and changes of IT equipment as per client requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.

Ensure all IT equipment is properly documented and tracked.

Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as an IMAC Technician or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are advantageous.
