Senior Quality Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to elevate the reliability and performance of our platform by defining, automating, and continuously improving our quality standards. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and operations to ensure our web and backend systems meet the highest levels of stability, usability, and compliance. You will own test strategy, drive scalable automation across the stack, and stay on top of customer tickets and production issues, turning insights from metrics and feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen our end-to-end product experience.
Tasks
- Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish and monitor quality metrics , proactively identifying areas for improvement
- Manage and triage customer service tickets from carriers by identifying root causes, validating issues, and creating actionable bug reports for internal teams or locker providers.
- Coordinate with carriers and locker providers to ensure timely resolution of reported issues, including clear communication, escalation, and follow-up on open tickets
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices
- Provide guidance on bug tracking, test documentation, and defect resolution processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to product quality and safety.
