Software test automation engineer Jobs in Muggensturm

We are hiring a Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality of software systems we build for passangers of public transportation all around the world. You'll work in Agile / Scrum teams to create and execute test plans, perform system integration testing, and conduct manual and automated tests. Responsibilities include setting up test environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving quality issues. Responsibilites Design and execute test plans and cases (manual and automated). Perform system integration, exploratory, and regression testing. Automate tests using tools like Cypress and Robot Framework. Set up and manage test environments for real-world conditions. Document and report defects with detailed debugging information. Collaborate with Agile / Scrum teams to ensure quality across development. Validate milestones and features against release versions.   Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.   Proven experience in QA / System Testing roles. Expertise in system integration testing, Linux, and test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Robot Framework). Proficiency in Python and familiarity with MQTT. Experience with Azure DevOps and CI / CD pipelines. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and ISTQB certification (preferred). Strong analytical and communication skills in English and German.
