This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Program Management : Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Process Improvement : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation. Platform Adoption : Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform. Team Management : Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
