Our client is a leading provider of smart manufacturing solutions, specializing in designing and integrating intelligent production lines and equipment. They offer end-to-end services, including planning, R&D, design, assembly, and support. Their primary focus is the automotive industry, working with both new energy and traditional fuel vehicles.

As a Sourcing Head , you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components . This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, supplier management, and cost optimization to ensure efficient sourcing and supply chain stability.

• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies for mechanical and electrical components.
• Organize the daily operation of technical, quality, delivery, and other cross-departmental teams, responsible for business negotiations, bidding, and supplier selection.
• Establish, maintain, and improve the purchasing business and cost baseline of the category to ensure the relative cost-competitive advantage of the category.
• Layout and guarantee supply resources : Implement measures to secure supply resources, match supply and demand in advance, negotiate supplier resources to support core product development and delivery, and improve material availability and supply continuity while preventing major supply and quality issues.
• Supplier relationship management : Participate in the routine management of suppliers, organize performance evaluation and communication, and ensure the relative competitive advantage of supplier partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements :

The ideal candidate has experience in procurement within the automation industry and a strong understanding of supplier management, cost analysis, and negotiation strategies.

• More than 3 years of experience in the automation industry, relevant experience in the same industry is preferred.
• Familiar with the procurement process and supplier management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills, able to drive both parties to reach an agreement on a mutually beneficial win-win situation.
• Strong supplier analysis, demand investigation and analysis, cost analysis, organization and coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good internal risk control awareness.
