Aufgaben

Define the sourcing objectives andmanage its implementation (in line with group directives and internal resourcesdevelopement and recrutment),
Adapt sourcing models and challenge to maximize the creation of value, maintain the business case and manage sourcing gains
Management of procurement It budgetand contribution to the IT budget control and planning
Make prioritization decisions forsourcing opportunities and monitor them from end-to-end in sourcing commitee
Professionalize sourcing praticesfor the IT population : creation of handbook, implementation of trainingprogram, review of good practices and usage of tools associated with sourcingprocess (related to procurement and TPTRM)
Contribute to the predictivemanagement of jobs and skills (SWP)
Work closely with the IT providermanager to monitor the sourcing performance and key service providers Promotecontinuous improvement
SPOC for procurement and support IT population in any procurementcoordination needs

Profil

Degreein Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparablequalification;

At least 3 years of experience in asimilar activity

Knowledge of sourcing management,provider management and procurement process;

Strong quality awareness;

A working style characterized byanalytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent andresults-oriented action;

Very good communication skills,presentation confidence, and strong negotiation skills in German and English;

Strong orientation towards theinterests of employees, customers, partners, and shareholders;

Very good handling of common PCapplications (MS Office package)
