Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibility is to lead product development projects from idea stage to serial production. You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated team, working with a structured project management approach.

You are responsible for establishing new business cases and complete project plans and to ensure that these are met in terms of scope, timing and resources along the project lifecycle. Hence, you will be the focal point to ensure that quality requirements of our customers are met.

You will coordinate all project communication internally and externally and deliver project documentation according to quality management standards, such as ISO / IATF 16949.

Internally, you will manage a team of highly skilled experts from product and process development and various other parts of our organization, such as production and sales.

You will act as the owner of business cases from idea stage to serial production. Hence, we are looking for a project manager, who is capable to deliver high-tech product developments in scope, time and budget.

For this role, you bring a relevant university degree in engineering, natural sciences (. physics) and / or in business paired with a technical affinity to electronics. You have experience in the industry or automotive environment, ideally from the automotive industry, and a track record in project management and execution. Further, you are a genuine team player and well versed in state-of-the-art project management practice and tools. Additionally, we are looking for :

• Know-how in power electronics or drive systems are a plus
• Business understanding and ability to manage key performance indicators
• High degree of customer orientation, delegation and assertiveness
• Ability to succeed within matrix organization
• Pragmatic and open mind-set to evolve our organization
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as high motivation and commitment
• Fluent German and English language skills
