What you will do : Lead & Develop the Talent Acquisition Team : manage and coach a multinational team of currently 10 recruiters with different levels of seniority, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to ensure they develop into a top-notch TA team that every other company is jealous of. Active Sourcing Expertise : Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively engage top talent in global talent markets. Data-Driven Recruitment : Work with KPIs to measure and improve recruiting performance, ensuring we attract top talent efficiently and effectively. Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including leadership and hiring managers, to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies. Employer Branding : Define and drive our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Applike Group stands out as a top choice for top talent. Scale with the Business : As applike group continues to scale rapidly, you’ll play a pivotal role in constantly adapting and evolving our talent acquisition processes to support this growth. What we´re looking for : You are located in, or open to relocating to, Hamburg to join our team on-site Proven Experience : Several years of experience as a hands-on recruiter for both tech and business roles and later as a team lead in fast-growing, international tech companies. Business Recruiting Expert : A track record in building a recruiting team to successfully hire for Business roles globally (US, Europe, APAC) Active Sourcing Master : A deep understanding of how to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques beyond LinkedIn. Employer Branding Specialist : Track record of effectively defining and marketing a strong employer brand to attract top talent. KPI-Driven : A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading motivated teams with 10+ members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Excellent Communicator : Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
