We are looking to strengthen the Infrastructure Services division for the Competence Center (KC) Network, Unified Communication (UC) team at the earliest possible date in pay group 11 EntgO-DRV :

System Administrator Unified Communication (m / f / d)

KC Netz manages the network (WAN and LAN) and unified communication at all NOW IT GmbH locations. This also includes the telephone systems of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland

• German Pension Insurance Berlin - Brandenburg

In addition to the telecommunications systems and their end devices (approx. 23,000 configured ports), systems for real-time communication (video, IM, presence), video conferencing systems and unified messaging (voicemail, fax and SMS) are also supported. In addition to basic communication, other applications (e.g. call center, accounting management, user management, CTI) are also supported.

The aim is to provide the services offered by NOW IT in the field of unified communication in high quality while adhering to the agreed SLAs and to further develop them conceptually.

The task is therefore associated with business trips within the Federal Republic of Germany.

As a System Administrator (m / f / d) you will support us with, among other things :

UC systems (VoIP, video)

Your qualification :

You have a bachelor's or university degree in computer science or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework.

Alternatively, you have completed relevant vocational training, e.g. IT specialist for system integration or application development, and can provide evidence of at least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
