What do you contribute?

Welcome to our global center for radio transmission in railroad control and safety technology! As Group Manager (f / m / d), you are the key player (f / m / d) for the development of processes and systems that revolutionize rail communication and make rail traffic safer, more efficient and more innovative worldwide.

• You will manage 12 employees, dual students and trainees in a professional and disciplinary capacity and also represent the head of department.
• In addition, you will manage around 30 employees in foreign sister departments and coordinate the global deployment of resources.
• To this end, you will take on board customer requirements and familiarize yourself intensively and independently with the key content of the contracts.
• You will allocate and manage project resources in an international, cross-location team and monitor progress using standard tools (e.g. REMA, MS Project).
• Also, you will review project plans and carry out audits.
• If necessary, you will also be involved in operational project management.
