Project Governance & Management :
- Lead TIM meetings, including coordination, preparation, moderation, and follow-up.
- Qualify and prioritize growth opportunities identified in existing markets, aligning with strategic goals and portfolio structures.
- Ensure project goals, budgets, and timelines are met; identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage resources and assist in annual resource planning.
Strategic Support for the CTO / CSO :
What you will need
Proven experience in a PMO role of at least 3 years is a must-have, ideally within R&D.
Experience working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams (experience in matrix organizations is an advantage).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and business opportunities.
Experience in M&A processes is a plus.
Background in consulting, especially within the adhesive or chemical industry, would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills : Must demonstrate outstanding ability to convey ideas clearly while maintaining straightforward, transparent communication.
Empathetic and Open-Minded : Ability to understand and connect with diverse perspectives.
Global Networking and Relationship Building : Ability in establishing and nurturing professional relationships across a diverse and international environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with resource management and change management.
