DEUTSCH :

Als HR Business Partner betreuen Sie eigenverantwortlich sowohl Mitarbeiter als auch Führungskräfte und begleiten diese von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt, einschließlich aller administrativen Aufgaben
Als proaktiver Sparrings Partner beraten und unterstützen Sie unsere Führungskräfte in allen operativen und strategischen HR-Handlungsfeldern unter Berücksichtigung aller im Betrieb geltenden Regelungen
Sie führen Personal- und Entwicklungsgespräche (u.a. Talent-Entwicklung, aber auch Fehlzeiten, BEM) und setzen geeignete Personalmaßnahmen um
Für Ihren Betreuungsbereich übernehmen Sie das Recruiting, indem Sie administrative als auch organisatorische Aufgaben übernehmen und den Recruiting Prozess von der Personalanforderung bis zu Einstellung eigenverantwortlich steuern
Sie arbeiten eng und konstruktiv mit der lokalen Arbeitnehmervertretung zusammen
Sie arbeiten an konzernweiten Initiativen mit und übernehmen dabei operative und strategischer Verantwortung für HR-Projekte in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern (z. B. Umsetzung von Organisations- oder Tarifänderungen, Optimierung von Personalprozessen etc.)

ENGLISH :

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for looking after both employees and managers and support them from recruitment to departure, including all administrative tasks

As a proactive sparring partner, you will advise and support our managers in all operational and strategic HR areas, taking into account all applicable company regulations

You will conduct personnel and development meetings (including talent development, but also absenteeism, BEM) and implement suitable personnel measures

You will be responsible for recruiting in your area of responsibility by taking on administrative and organizational tasks and independently managing the recruiting process from personnel requirements to hiring

You will work closely and constructively with the local employee representatives

You will work on Group-wide initiatives and assume operational and strategic responsibility for HR projects in various areas (e.g. implementation of organizational or collective bargaining changes, optimization of HR processes, etc.)

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH :

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. eine Aus- oder Weiterbildung zur / zum Personalkauffrau / -kaufmann und haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Personalmanagement; idealerweise erworben in einem tarifgebundenen Produktionsunternehmen (vorzugsweise in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie)

Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Mitarbeitern unterschiedlicher Hierarchien und arbeiten gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld

Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits- Lohnsteuer- und Sozialrecht mit

Eine selbstständige, genaue und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus

Sie überzeugen durch Ihr Engagement, Ihre fachliche Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit und arbeiten mit Freude in einem engagierten Team

Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie in einem Personalmanagementsystem (Workday wäre ideal)

Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

ENGLISH :

You have a degree or have completed training or further training as a personnel officer and have several years of experience in operational personnel management; ideally acquired in a production company bound by collective agreements (preferably in the metal and electrical industry)

You enjoy working with employees from different hierarchies and enjoy working in a dynamic environment

You have a sound knowledge of German employment tax and social security law

You are characterized by an independent, precise and solution-oriented way of working and a pronounced hands-on mentality

You impress with your commitment, professional competence and reliability and enjoy working in a dedicated team

You have very good knowledge of MS Office and a personnel management system (Workday would be ideal)

Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
