As Project Manager for the Life Cycle Services (LCS) department, you ensure the execution and global rollout of internal strategic projects. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. You are developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering projects on time, within budget and scope.

Strategic projects revolve around enhancing our existing applications portfolio, which consist of the : CRM system (Salesforce), Field Service Management (SAP), electronic Spare Parts Catalogue as well as integrations towards MS Power BI, our IOT platform and many more. The current focus for this role will be to optimize our (after)sales and service case management in Salesforce. Mid to long term, growth by involvement in other digitalization efforts is highly encouraged.

You will be part of a global team and manage stakeholders in both central management levels and local organizations. You are the driver and advocate of the Kardex Remstar Core Values in every interaction with vendors / suppliers & colleagues.

Your tasks

  • Ensuring allocated projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties / vendors for the execution of projects
  • Consciously driving and managing change management
  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Manage change requests
  • Ensure timely training for the end-users
  • Report and escalate as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Organize and perform UAT and final testing
  • Prepare lessons-learned meetings and report learnings back into the organization

Your profile

  • Bachelor´s or master´s degree in economics, business management, financial management or equivalent professional education with several years of professional experience
  • English CEFR Level B2 (advanced intermediate) or C1 (intermediate)Team player
  • Proven multiple year experience with managing IT projects and applications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and interfacing to other systems
  • Preferably have industrial experience in the production area / machine construction
  • Additional languages such as German, Spanish, French, etc. are a big plus.
