Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a creative and resultsdriven Media Designer and Marketing Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role requires a versatile individual who is proficient in both media design and marketing strategy to craft engaging visual content that elevates our brand presence and drives marketing success. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Creation : Develop visuals for various communication media such as emails banners flyers brochures promotional materials and trade shows.
  • Website Management : Oversee the maintenance and development of the companys website.
  • Blog Management : Regularly update and manage the company blog.
  • Content Production : Create and edit photo and video content or coordinate with external agencies.
  • Social Media : Support the management and growth of the companys social media channels.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Degree or completed training in media or communication design or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Media Expertise : Strong understanding and enthusiasm for print digital and social media.
  • Soft Skills : Teamoriented mindset selfmotivation and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in German (minimum C1) and proficiency in English (minimum B1) both written and spoken.
