As a Senior Plant Controller, you will be a pivotal member of our team, working closely with Plant Management and the local Finance Leader to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Monthly and annual financial planning and analysis (annual budget review, monthly plan updates, excess & obsolete, utilization and manufacturing spend analysis)
• Reconcile the monthly financial results to plan and explain significant differences in working capital and profitability (including manufacturing variance tracking and diagnosis)
• Generate monthly reports and variance analysis of actual performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Work with the plant management to keep costs under control and provide visibility by creating relevant analysis and reporting tools
• Keep track of productivity and cost reduction projects
• Participate in the decision-making process by preparing detailed analysis and making recommendations to management
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and regular follow up on relevant supply chain KPI’s
• Provide back-up for accounting / controlling on monthly close requirements
• Conduct periodic operational reviews with Operations, Finance and Management
• Ad-hoc projects – work on special projects with focus on continuous process improvements
