Stellenbeschreibung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the further expansion of the Operations North EU Hub
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all areas of the Hub location.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering, procurement, assembly, customizing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
  • Optimize operations processes and workflows to achieve cost-effective production, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, automation initiatives.
  • Manage assembly and customization processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Streamline logistics operations, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to meet production targets, quality metrics, and cost objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, health and safety, and employee development within the operations team.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry (electrical, mechanical or HVAC industry)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of engineering, procurement, assembly, customizing, and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing principles such as lean six sigma, process optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in German and proven English skills are a must.
