Our department is at the forefront of Global Talent Management and Strategic Projects, ensuring that our talent strategies are innovative, impactful, and aligned with our organizational objectives. We engage in a variety of tasks, from designing talent development programs to executing strategic initiatives that enhance our global workforce. Key responsibilities :

  • Support the global head of strategic projects and talent management with daily business activities, including administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives.
  • Gain hands-on experience and develop project management skills by contributing to strategic projects.
  • Prepare management presentations and conduct research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments and international project teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Compile and prepare presentations, newsletters, and other materials related to talent management projects.
  • Ensure alignment of project materials with key stakeholder groups.

Key requirements :

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with talent management systems and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with excellent intercultural and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to start immediately and commit to a working student position part-time (16-20 hours / week).
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h / week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h / week).
