Your tasks

• Supporting the project management and core team within an HVDC project, as well as independently clarifying project execution issues with internal experts.
• Direct communication with customers, including participation in and moderation of status meetings.
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as creation and consistent tracking of results and task logs.
• Implementation and control of the quality gate process, from requirements definition to reporting and action planning in case of deviations.
• Responsibility for deviation management and the development of proposals for the continuous improvement of processing procedures.

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in project management with a focus on turnkey projects , as well as experience at interfaces with internal and external partners.
• A structured, independent and quality-oriented work style combined with a quick grasp of concepts and perseverance.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness and teamwork skills; initial leadership experience is desirable.
• Confident handling of common project management tools and solution-oriented action in complex project environments.
• Fluent German and English skills.
