The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position must be filled from August 2024 or later for a period of at least 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting various projects within the context of strategic people and culture initiative, such as employee empowerment and talent attraction
• Participating in talent management projects and assuming independent tasks
• Supporting the creation of interactive formats for exchange between employees and top management across Region Europe such as Live Chats, Cross Talks, Panel Discussions
• Coordinating activities around Talent Management Processes, e.g., annual evaluation of personnel development data
• Preparing of decision-proposals and communicating materials, e.g., presentations, analysis and assessments
• Receiving insights into content creation and supporting maintenance the intranet pages for internal communications
• Assisting in the organization of events and team workshops
• Working closely with colleagues from across the Region Europe
